I had already went to 5 other places looking for a new bike till I found these guys so glad I did the other places were awful judged me based on my looks and gender I'm sure and ignored heavily called Honda of Rome and Alena got me what I needed I knew what I wanted she have me price out the door and I went the next day and bought it out right took maybe a hour at most and I'd say worth the 4 hour round trip ride I look for how people treat me when it comes to where I take my business she also said there family owned and operated.Feel free to use the photos I sent too

This is probably the best, most complete and personal dealership I have ever been associated with. Tracy and his crew are polite, professional, knowledgeable, and personal all at the same time. Their sales is to listen and make the best fit, their service is second to none, and the office and parts folks are outstanding to work with. I drive 1.5 hours to deal with them, and will continue to do so as long as their doors are open.

The associates were very nice and helpful, the lady that done my paper work with me was also very nice and explained everything to me. The person that went over motorcycle with me also explained the controls like turn signal with the gas the on and off and reserve settings, and the speed odometer turn signal indicator, the headlight bright and dimmer switch, and how to lock the handle bars. The associates were very nice and helpful I enjoyed my experience with honda of Rome.

Not only do they hold up to their word but they are over the top here. They have the best prices on new and used units in the state of Georgia and the most amazing customer service, very helpful in every way imaginable. Google only offers 5 stars but they deserve much more!!

I limped my wing over. They got me in and out in about 30 minutes. I was a long way from home. Was happy to find this place. So if you ever need any help. Give these guys a call or stop by.

My husband and I found ourselves in Rome, GA on our motorcycle trip. We pulled into a parking lot to call and make our hotel reservations for our next stop and ran over a huge screw with our back tire. It was almost 5 pm and we went into panic mode. We found Honda of Rome and called. They had a tire for our Goldwing in stock and were willing to put it on even though they were getting close to closing. We limped the bike over to the shop and they were waiting for us. They took our bike in immediately and had the new tire on quickly so we could get back on the road. They were friendly and very helpful. They even hooked our trailer back up to our bike. The very best people who made a difficult situation better! I meant to take a picture of the tire to show yall what happened but I forgot. Thank you so very much for all you did!!

I broke down near Dalton, GA and Kirk's Cycle did everything they were comfortable with, but needed a Motor Trike repair facility to work on my Goldwing Trike rear end. You went to Dalton and picked up my bike, figured out what was the problem, got the parts, and completed the repairs. The service and care that I received from your shop was AMAZING!! I am a female, over 600 miles from home, and broke down and I felt like a long lost friend that you did everything you could to help. The extra special care you showed with wanting me to let you know how my trip home was going was the icing on the cake! Thank you SO much for this wonderful service!!!

Professional service from start to finish. Alina in sales department was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and went out of her way to get me a competitive price. They were the only dealer who had the color I wanted. Paperwork took about 5 minutes, all dealer personnel were friendly and helpful. I'm pretty picky, and this dealership exceeded all expectations. These folks are wonderful! They treat you like family. Their mechanic, Eddie Harris, has to be the best mechanic I've ever met. I believe that he's able to fix anything that runs, from a blender to a jet engine. LOL. I like to stop by on a regular basis just to say hello. Seriously, the hospitality can't be outdone.

Bought a Suzuki 400 ASi ATV on Friday. I had shopped all of north GA and east AL and by far you had the best deal and were the most pleasant and easiest to work with. Stephanie, Tracy and their son exemplify the meaning of customer orientated service and put to shame the "corporate" lack of interest/service I received from the larger franchised dealerships. I whole heartedly recommend these folks.

Shout out to the fine folks at the Honda Suzuki shop. They were great to work with. They are some good people. The day I picked up my ride, they called to make sure that I made it to my destination because they knew I was/am a new rider. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! After being told by Rome's Yamaha dealer that they were so busy they wouldn't even change the tire on my R6, I called these guys. They told me to bring it in and they'd do it while I waited. 30 minutes later it was finished. Great service, was treated very well by all the staff I came into contact with. Browsed around their floor while I was there. They seem to have a lot of ATV/off-road inventory which I think is mostly the market here in NW GA. Did have a couple of sport bikes as well and some good looking cruisers. I'm sure they can pull inventory from other places if need be. Will definitely bring my R6 back if I need any repairs/service that I can't do myself. Thanks guys!

I bought a brand new GoldWing in April 2015 and they have performed all service for it, including a factory recall. It now has over 17,000 miles on it and runs perfect.
